NEXT Systems Holding brings together company interests and the shared assets of the group: brand identity, domains, business concepts, processes and know-how. Its role is strategic support and coordination; operational work belongs to the specialist businesses.

PARTICIPATION MODEL

The planning concept envisages 70% for the operational partner and 30% for the holding. The specialist partner would manage operations, staff, customers and technical delivery. The holding would support brand positioning, marketing, strategy, the network and digital processes. Structure, feasibility, terms and external budgets require individual assessment and agreement. This is a concept, not a binding investment or price offer.

SUPPORT FOR PARTNER BUSINESSES

Support may include coordination with Spanish administrative, tax and legal advisers; brand identity, websites and marketing; and the development of organisation, processes, digital tools, recruitment structures and expansion. The exact scope is agreed individually.

DrainCare, Electric, Solar, Water, Air, Green, PestControl, Pool and Shade cover distinct technical specialisms in Mallorca. NEXT SOS is the holding’s central enquiry, routing and referral platform. It directs a request to the appropriate specialist, which remains the lead owner. SOS is not a separate trade business.
